The methods of public procurement are becoming more and more affected by terms of cost-saving measures which may lead to abandoning innovation. The engineering skills depend on long professional experience which many companies have lost due to fusions, restructuring, etc. This loss of experience means that some of the railway systems' operators are no more longer able to present detailed specifications for public procurement for parts and subsystems. This situation requires co-operation with a complex services provider - and such an experienced provider can be found in our company.
